I, kerokerovivi, reserve the right to revoke all rights to a service or a refund if any of my terms are broken. PLEASE READ THE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER!


GENERAL
All works commissioned from kerokerovivi ultimately belong to kerokerovivi and fall under their copyright, unless commercial rights are bought. These will be discussed in writing and will have a confirmed, signed contract with both parties names, with the date signed and the terms of payment and usage outlined on the contract.


PAYMENTS
All payments are processed through portals offered, and refunds are given on a case by case basis. Please contact via [email protected] if you have disputes, and I will work with you to resolve all issues. I want you to get the art you paid for!


REVISIONS
Revisions work differently for every type of commission, please see below:
YCH commissions get revisions at any stage, up to 10 revisions per piece.
All custom commissions get unlimited revisions in the sketch phase, and 3 revisions in every stage after (colorblock, shading, render, finalization), if applicable.


DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
My current turnaround time per piece is 14 business days from point of starting, to allow me ample rest to assure that I can deliver a quality product. Of course, this does not mean that you will always receive your product within that time period, exactly. I will always be in contact with you via DM or email if something comes up, and I need to extend the deadline. After the third deadline extension, I will refund or discount 50% of the cost of the commission for the inconvenience.


USE
All commissions from me (kerokerovivi) are available for personal use, meaning they are available to be used as:
profile photos
headers
wallpapers
and any type of 'personal use' graphic that does not lead to monetary or social gain.
Any commissioner looking to use my graphics for things such as:
PNGtubers
Vtuber designs
Youtube 'sona' graphics
Promotional imaging*
must agree to a commercial use contract with me, and contact me privately at [email protected] to discuss terms and conditions.
*Promotional imaging such as stream schedules, stream announcements, and streamer community event promotions are exempt, and only require a credit tag!


All commissions from kerokerovivi are absolutely not allowed to be put into AI image generator resource pools, as kerokerovivi maintains copyright over their intellectual property.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All of my work ultimately belongs to me, and I maintain my right to revoke usage of my work at any time, for any reason. Absolutely none of my work is able to be put into an AI image processor resource pool.


REFUNDS
Refunds are given case by case basis! Please tell me the nature of your dissatisfaction, and I will do my best to refund you as cleanly as possible, or resolve our issues if possible. If a client breaks any of my terms, they relinquish their right to a refund and service.
